truly one of my favorite cafes to visit! the atmosphere is amazing, there’s so much peace when I walk in and the worship music playing is my favorite. good place to do work or just read a book and if you like matcha DEFINITELY get the blueberry pie matcha!!!!! also the owner is the sweetest person 🥹

I’m so excited about this coffee shop, I’ve had the most amazing lattes full of flavor and rich coffee. Every drink I’ve had has been so amazing and the owner Alyssa makes everyone feel so welcomed and invited. The atmosphere is airy and peaceful and makes for a great place to gather with friends, read a book or study. If your looking for a great cup of coffee an inviting atmosphere or even a tea or smoothie Make Good Choices is the best choice you can make.

Cute little coffee shop with good sitting area for hanging out/ studying. Also very convenient location. Amazing and super well done coffee flavors, delicious espresso with beautiful presentation. Staff was so nice and helpful with our order as well.

This was such a cute find. The barista was so friendly and welcoming. I had the Banana Split Mocha along with a coffee cake muffin and both were delicious! Highly recommend!

Make Good Choices is hands down the best coffee shop I've ever visited! It's conveniently located right around the loop of Woodward. The owner, Alyssa, is incredibly sweet and takes the time to engage with her customers. She genuinely cares about getting to know you and will remember your name, making every visit feel personal and welcoming!

If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet coffee shop in Pontiac, Michigan, you have to check out Make Good Choices, located right next to Anytime Fitness. This spot is a true hidden gem — small, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, working, or catching up with a friend. The coffee here is absolutely delicious, and one of the best parts is getting to watch your drink made fresh right in front of you. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always happy to help you choose from their wide variety of drinks and flavors. I went with a hot s’mores drink made with almond milk, and it was incredible — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re a coffee lover in Oakland County, a local looking for a new favorite café, or just passing through downtown Pontiac, Make Good Choices Coffee Shop is definitely worth the stop.
